Our goal is to deliver within two weeks of signing the contract with the customer.

Cancellation of Orders
If you cancel the contract before the equipment is shipped, it will be treated as a cancellation and an administrative fee will be charged. In such cases, the cancellation administration fee will be offset from the security deposit, and the remaining security deposit will be refunded. The initial installation fee will also be refunded.
Cancellation after the equipment has been shipped will incur a cancellation fee and a cancellation penalty. Return Policy
Upon receipt of the rental set, the customer shall immediately inspect the product for any non-conformities or defects in standards, specifications, performance, or function. If the customer does not contact the Company within this period, the Company will assume that the customer has received the rental set in a condition with normal performance.
